Tell me more: reach out and we’ll quote you the rates for your dates and availability, help you choose your room and get you VIP priority status, adding our partner perks to your reservation, such as complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, hotel credit, and better rooms (location! views!) along with VIP service and reservation management. We have strong relationships with all of the major hotel brands and most 4-5 star boutique and luxury properties and it shows when our clients get top priority for on site treatment.
Hotels are paid with your own credit card (earn those valuable points!). Booking through our preferred partners often includes our price drop technology to alert you in savings or upgrade opportunities.

Planning for a Group? We’ve got you covered. We’ve been trained in negotiation and contracts and can help you source, negotiate, plan, and run your group travel needs, including:

Destination Weddings & Out of Town Guest Experience (including organizing experiences near your destination wedding or for out of town guests and pre-and-post wedding travel arrangements)
Corporate Retreats, Offsites, Quarterly Meetings, Incentive Trips (we’ll source proposals for the best rates, coordinate the block, and organize meeting space with A/V, catering, transportation and offsite needs). Take something off your executive assistant’s plate - we are hotel and travel experts, let us handle it.
Sports Team Travel (need a room block for the middle school baseball or travel soccer team? We’ll set that up so each family can book their own)

Tell me more: We always recommend trip insurance to protect your investment, give you peace of mind in case of changes, and add assistance and security in case things go wrong (delays, cancellations, accidents, both before and during travel). We can generate a quote for you or you can self-quote with our preferred partners.

Best For: You want the logistics of getting there covered, but don’t need a day-by-day itinerary or in-your-timezone support.

VIP Itinerary Planning
Best For: Multi-stop or longer itineraries.
Tell me more: You want the works - where to visit, what to do, how it all fits together. Do you want a cooking class led by two nonnas in the Italian countryside or would you prefer to spend your morning biking through the hills? We’ll provide personalized recommendations from the “fun stuff” to the logistics, including transportation and a daily schedule. We coordinate with local guides, our on-the-ground partners, and save you the 50 emails back and forth with the hotel to recommend and plan authentic, curated experiences.
VIP Itinerary services include up to 3 itinerary revisions and include in-your-timezone support with our on-the-ground partners.
