Hotel Only Bookings - when you know where you want to stay, weโll help you choose your room type, quote you the best availability, all while adding partner benefits and reservation management.
Destination Planning - Ready for a trip, but unsure where to go? Weโll present you with thoughtfully curated options tailored to your travel style, budget, schedule, and interests. This service includes flight bookings, consultations on points redemptions, itinerary review, and house, villa and apartment-style rentals.
Itinerary Planning - You want the works - where to eat, where to visit, what to do. Weโll provide personalized recommendations from the โfun stuffโ to the logistics, including transportation and a daily schedule

Hotel Only bookings are complimentary. We have flat rate fees for Destination Planning and Itinerary Planning services. After you complete our โtrip planning inquiryโ form and we have an intake call, weโll provide you with a quote.

We take a collaborative approach to planning. Travel is deeply personal, and your input on your preferences, priorities, and past experiences guides every recommendation we make.
At the same time, we value efficiency. Rather than overwhelming you with endless options, we help cut through the noise and narrow the field, guiding you toward clear, confident decisions. The result is a thoughtfully customized trip and a planning process that feels streamlined, focused, and easy.
first - we begin with a short inquiry form to gather insight into your travel priorities and preferences, followed by a complimentary intake call to align on goals, timing, and fit.
second - from there, weโll outline any applicable planning fees and share an estimated timeline for proposals. All recommendations and proposals are delivered by email for easy review.
third - once details are finalized, weโll handle the bookings. Hotel reservations and partner travel arrangements are booked using your credit card, so you continue to earn your points while we manage the details behind the scenes.
Finally, a quick note on how this works. Weโre typically compensated for our time and expertise through small commissions from our travel partners after your trip is completed, along with planning fees depending on the scope. Because of that, we ask clients to work with us exclusively for the trip weโre planning together, so we can fully manage the details, oversee all bookings from start to finish, and advocate for you along the way โ thatโs what allows us to provide a seamless experience and the level of service our clients return to us for.

Our most frequently booked destinations include Europeโespecially Italy, France, and the UKโas well as the Caribbean, Mexico, and the United States (and weโve lived in both London and Italy!). That said, we work globally and have planned trips everywhere from Hawaii and Japan to Australia, Bora Bora, and Thailand.
We love designing once-in-a-lifetime, bucket-list trips, but weโre just as often planning weekend getaways, corporate travel, and multigenerational family resort vacations. No matter the destination or trip length, our focus is always on thoughtful planning and the right fit for how you like to travel.

On paper, the benefits with your credit cart portal may look similar, but in practice the experience is often differentโand more personalized. Travel is still very much a relationship-driven industry, and our hotel and supplier partners value the direct relationships we and our colleagues have built over time.
As a result, our clients are often prioritized for benefits like early check-in, late check-out, and room upgrades, and weโre better positioned to advocate on your behalf if anything needs attention before or during your stay. Itโs not just about the perks on paperโitโs about having a dedicated point of contact who knows your reservation and travel partners and can step in when it matters.

Rarely. We have access to a wide range of rates and preferred partner benefits, and in many cases the added perks and flexibility more than offset any small pricing difference. If there ever is one, weโll walk you through the options so you can make an informed decision.

Some third-party sites use wholesale or opaque contracts that arenโt directly comparable. While we may occasionally access promotional pricing through our partnerships (often without perks such as upgrade eligibility), we focus on securing the strongest overall value, service, and experience through direct or preferred partner bookings.

Sometimes. As long as the reservation wasnโt booked using points or through a credit card portal, we may be able to โtake it overโ and apply our partner benefits and reservation management.
Just email us at hello@and-were-off.com and ask if we can โtake over the booking.โ Weโll check with the hotel team and let you know whatโs possible. If it can be done, thereโs no additional costโjust added partner perks and our ongoing reservation management.
